Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

If an order is accepted and processed then this product is available in our distribution centre and is available for shipping. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation. After an order is processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping method available by our carrier Fedex, DHL, and others.

Orders, once processed, cannot be cancelled. 

Omelet does not currently process orders or ship on weekends or holidays. Weekend days and holidays should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All shipments are handled by our distribution and carrier partners. Transit time is a function of the class of service selected and the destination distance from our distribution center located in Malaysia and Singapore. 

Allow 2 business days for order processing + transit times.

Holiday Schedule - Our distribution partners have special pick-up and delivery schedules for the holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering items during the holiday season. During the holidays, we will make every effort to deliver your package on time, but we advise that orders are placed two weeks in advance.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns at the moment. All sales are final once it’s processed and shipped out from our distribution center.

Refunds on products purchased in conjunction with using a discount or promotion will be issued at the discounted rate and the coupons/promotions used will not be reissued.

Exception for Limited Edition items: If a product has a one-time promotional item (such as gift cards, codes, in-game items, etc.), the product will not be eligible for a return or a refund. If the product comes with an additional physical item (free gift or discounted) as part of a limited run of items or promotion, the additional item value will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Refund is not eligible for undelivered packages. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages. You are responsible to reschedule your order deliveries, if any case the package is undeliverable during a period of time.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

OTHERS

Please be sure a valid email, phone number, and shipping address is provided so that we can contact you in case they have difficulty finding your address or making a delivery.

We make every attempt to ship within 2 business days, but please be aware that in some cases it might take longer.

There is a slight chance that our system will indicate that an item is in stock, when in fact we might have just sold the last item (while you were ordering), but the system has not been updated. In this instance, we will advise you when we can fill this order.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

Occasionally a product will be mishandled, lost or damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please call the transportation provider who delivered your order to activate their claims program. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders shipped are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are accepted on selected items and will be noted on the site accordingly. Please allow pre-orders to be shipped within 3 months' time. If you wish to cancel your pre-orders, please reach us at hello@omelet.store

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship orders worldwide. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO postal codes.
