Quality Guarantee

Omelet Gaming is dedicated to designing and crafting high-quality accessories to protect your Switch system. We maintain strict control over materials and workmanship, with each product undergoing rigorous quality testing. Our quality warranty applies only when products are used as intended by Omelet Gaming. It excludes defects from misuse, use beyond the intended purpose, or incidental and consequential damages. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damages to devices stored or carried in Omelet Gaming products.

Guarantee Duration

Omelet Gaming warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when purchased through an authorized channel (Shopee, Lazada and Amazon, Official Website).

Omelet Gaming Promise

If a defect covered by the warranty occurs during the warranty period, we will provide an unconditional replacement for the defective product. 

What is Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty covers any damages resulting from normal wear, tear, and use that affect the functionality of Omelet Gaming products during the warranty period.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages resulting from abuse, normal wear, and tear that do not affect the functionality of the bag.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods.
  • Wear and tear that naturally occurs from normal use, such as changes in color, abrasions, and material breakdown over time.
  • Accidental damages, including rips or cuts in fabric, damage from animals, and airline abuse.
